Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back using the original method of payment (cash refund will be arranged in line with our cash-on-delivery service).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
