Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back using the original method of payment (cash refund will be arranged in line with our cash-on-delivery service).

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as clearance products, personalized items, or goods damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
